Quliyev Vugar

Quliyev Vugar is the Deputy Director and Chief Accountant of the LOQOS Psychological and Speech Center. He has more than 25 years of experience in finance, accounting, internal audit, and insurance, having held senior positions at the State Insurance Commercial Company of the Republic of Azerbaijan (ARDSK) for many years.
