School readiness isn’t about “learning to read and count”. It’s about attention maturity, self-regulation, motivation, listening to an adult and being part of a group. When those are in place, reading and counting come fast. Without them, a child may know the letters and still struggle.
Our programme is built on a comprehensive readiness assessment and targeted work on gaps.
01Who this is for
Child is 5–7 and school is ahead
Parents are unsure about readiness
Child doesn’t want to go to school
Difficulty sitting still and listening
Trouble switching activities
No experience in larger groups
For first grade, the key is not the alphabet but the ability to say “I didn’t understand” and raise a hand.
02How we work
We begin with a readiness assessment (1–2 sessions): attention, memory, speech, motor, self-control, social skills, motivation. Then a 12–24 week programme: mini-groups (3–4 children) or individual depending on need.
Monthly parent meetings and a dedicated pre-school meeting with a plan for the first term.
