Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) severely reduces quality of life: intrusive thoughts and compulsive actions consume hours a day. Modern therapy can significantly loosen OCD\u2019s grip on daily life.
The main method at LOQOS is ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention) combined with CBT. For complex cases, metacognitive therapy and flexibility training are used.
